Name, mobile, WhatsApp number, city, experience, skills, Instagram profile, and uploaded verification documents (Aadhaar, PAN, selfie, resume, GST/MSME, studio photos, visiting card, Google Business screenshot).

2. How We Use Your Data

To verify your identity, display verified profiles to authorised studios/technicians, send job alerts, and prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

3. Document Storage

Uploaded documents are stored in a private, access-controlled bucket. Only our verification team can view them. They are retained only as long as needed for verification and compliance.

4. Sharing

Verified contact details (name, city, skills) may be visible to verified studios that have purchased a hiring plan. Aadhaar and PAN are never shown publicly.

5. Your Rights

You can request deletion of your profile and documents at any time by emailing hairfixingjobs@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) and row-level security for all stored data. No system is 100% secure; report any concerns immediately.
