1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hair Fixr Jobs India ("the Platform"), operated by Hair Fixr Studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally permitted to work in India to register as a technician or list a studio. Registration with false information will result in immediate removal.

3. Verification

All staff and studio submissions undergo document verification (Aadhaar, PAN, GST/MSME, etc.). We may reject or revoke verification at our sole discretion. Verified badges are not transferable.

4. Job Listings

Studios are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all job postings. Discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful listings will be removed without refund.

5. Payments

Subscription plans (Verified Studio ₹499/month, Premium Studio ₹1,499/month) are billed monthly via Razorpay. Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

6. Conduct

Users agree not to harass, defraud, or solicit fees outside the Platform. Violations may result in permanent suspension.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hair Fixr Jobs India acts as a connector between technicians and studios. We are not party to any employment agreement and disclaim liability for disputes between users.
