At Hair Fixing Jobs India, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund experience. This policy outlines the terms under which refunds, cancellations, and payment disputes are handled. Please read this carefully before making any payment on our platform.
Policy Overview
Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both users and studios while maintaining the integrity of our platform. We offer a hybrid model — some services are refundable within specific windows, while others are non-refundable due to the nature of the service provided.
All refund requests must be submitted through the platform or by emailing hairfixingjobs@gmail.com from your registered email address. Verbal requests, WhatsApp messages, or third-party communications are not accepted as official refund requests.
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Processing times vary depending on your bank or wallet provider.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that violate platform policies.
Subscription Refund Terms
Hair Fixing Jobs India offers subscription plans for studios and premium features for job seekers. The refund eligibility depends on the plan type and usage.
Eligible for Refund
- Monthly subscriptions cancelled within 7 days of activation with zero job postings or applications.
- Annual subscriptions cancelled within 14 days with no platform usage.
- Duplicate or accidental payments.
- Technical errors resulting in double charging.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Subscriptions active for more than 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual).
- Plans where job postings, applications, or profile boosts have been used.
- Partial months — we do not offer pro-rata refunds.
- Promotional or discounted subscription plans.
Refunds for eligible subscriptions are processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. In case of UPI or wallet payments, the amount reflects instantly or within 24 hours depending on your provider.
Non-Refundable Services
Certain services on our platform are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate value delivery and processing costs involved.
Profile Boosts & Featured Listings
Once a profile boost or featured listing is activated, it is immediately visible to users and cannot be reversed or refunded.
One-Time Verification Fees
Identity and studio verification fees cover administrative and third-party verification costs. These are non-refundable regardless of verification outcome.
Premium Job Application Credits
Purchased application credits that have been used or expired are not eligible for refund.
WhatsApp Blast & SMS Campaigns
Bulk communication services delivered to third-party gateways are non-refundable once dispatched.
By purchasing any of the above services, you acknowledge and agree that they are consumed instantly upon activation and fall outside standard refund coverage.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription or account at any time. However, cancellation does not automatically guarantee a refund. The following rules apply:
Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime. Access continues until the current billing period ends.
Annual subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No partial refunds for unused months.
Auto-renewal: All subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
Account deletion: Deleting your account does not entitle you to a refund for active subscriptions.
To cancel, navigate to Dashboard > Billing > Cancel Subscription or email us at hairfixingjobs@gmail.com. Cancellations are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
Verification Fees
Studio and staff verification is a critical trust feature of our platform. A one-time verification fee is charged to cover identity validation, background checks, and document attestation.
Verification Fee Breakdown
Verification fees are strictly non-refundable, even if:
- The verification result is negative or inconclusive.
- The studio or staff member chooses to withdraw their application mid-process.
- The account is suspended for policy violations after verification is completed.
We partner with third-party KYC providers and government-approved verification agencies. These costs are incurred immediately upon submission and cannot be recovered.
Payment Disputes
If you believe a charge was unauthorized, duplicate, or erroneous, you must first contact our support team before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider.
Dispute Resolution Process
- Email hairfixingjobs@gmail.com within 14 days of the transaction with your payment ID and issue description.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 3 business days.
- If validated, we will initiate a refund or credit immediately.
- If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, your account may be flagged and services suspended pending review.
Chargebacks filed without prior communication may result in permanent account suspension and blacklisting from the platform. We work directly with Razorpay to resolve legitimate disputes swiftly.

Refund processing times depend on the payment method and bank. Below is our standard timeline:
If you do not see your refund within the stated timelines, please check with your bank first, then contact us with your transaction ID and bank statement for the month.
